Christmas in Utah- part deux

Luke and Dave getting rid of their 5 o'clock shadows.
Highlight of the trip. We went to Cedars of Lebanon restaraunt and my brother Nate was our waiter. Everyone always asks him if he is Lebanese! I was skeptical when we pulled up but it was so fun and the food is seriously the best. Everyone should go! Kid friendly. P.s. Cute uniform Nate and why can't I remember to rotate pictures!!
Luke was obssessed with the hummus and the belly dancer of course! He didn't blink the whole time she danced, it was so funny. It was more like a hula dance than a booty shake dance so I approved.

Dancing and pointing at the lady.
First time in the snow
and he hated it!

Dave wanted me to post this:) Highland High alums have basketball tournaments. Go class of '98!
Christmas Day! From the end of the day to the morning and I am not fixing it!
My nephew and my little brother wrestling. They are funny together and only 2 months apart.

My dad and Luke. My dad is kind of loud so Luke gets scared!

Baby Samuel makes his cameo on the blog! He is so cute and squeezeable. He is Ashley and Matt Cole's new baby and Luke's cousin. Ashley's little sis Vanessa is holding him just to clarify that his mom isn't a Juno. Not that we would mind.
Christmas presents at the Owen's. Our 2nd out of the 5 parties that day.
Luke and Grandma Linda.

Waiting to go down the stairs on Christmas morning!

Christmas in Utah- Part 1

We had a very fun and very eventful Christmas vacation in Utah! Too many pics to upload in one sitting so here is part 1. The time went by so fast and we were very sad to leave good old SLC! Christmas Eve! I love Christmas Eve dinner at the Owen's. I loved the egg nog, the ham, the potatoes, the only part I did not enjoy was walking in on Luke after who knows how long drinking toilet water! His first taste yet and it was not a merry sight for a germ-a-phobe mother! I wanted to Clorox his mouth and hands but Dave wouldn't let me!

The kids table.
Grandpa Owen reading to the boys.
Luke getting towed by his cousin Owen. He looved this but of course you can't tell by his poker face!Brunch at the Wagstaff's. The mellow buddies watching a movie at Rex's house.
Happy Birthday to me! The big 2-6 and I think officially one of my very fav b-days! How could it not be? Luke slept in followed by a scrumptious breakfast, presents, out to lunch, spa day with my mom, and a surprise party that night!

Best present of all!
Thanks for the special delivery, Creighton! Chocolate covered strawberries and flowers is what Dave's friend gives out for Christmas presents. I love him!
Dave, my mom and my friends threw me a fab surprise party! We never let the boys in the picture for some reason. PS congrats on the pregnancy Addie! We can't wait for another Wag!!
Luke, Kate and Rex the troublesome trio hanging out at the party.
The Leone family reunion at La Caille. My Grandpa Frank and his sister Rosalie giving a speech. So much Italiano pride!

Luke thought that La Caille was the coolest. He liked the ice domes, the million Christmas lights, the deer and the fish.

My favorite cousin Dylan and my aunt Ann after she snuck some cake to Luke.
I loved bundling him up... well for that first week anyway. It did get old and I am glad that I no longer have to do it in Az.
ChaChaChaChippendales!

Jordan and Camilla's wedding-Dec 15th Jordan and Camilla were sealed in the temple by Jeffrey R. Holland (amazing) and had the reception at Memory Grove.

Yes, it is true...the Owen's can produce females! After 31 years and 10 grandsons Ava Elizabeth Snow has arrived and we are so excited! Ava with her mom Ashlee.
Luke and Dave all fancied up! Nothing better than a one year old in a tux!

My all time favorite picture! The Owen cousins.
Big browns.

Happy Thanksgiving!

We had such a fun, quiet and yummy Thanksgiving dinner. We have actually been so excited to just relax and stay home all day by ourselves (after Dave's Turkey Bowl of course). We bought our Turkey way early and got all of our favorite family recipes and cooked up a storm. The feast. So good!!

Lukey's Indian hat...sorry Native American.

Posing by the tree.
We drove by and had to pull over for this. It's a Luke tree!
Luke wants to go to this cool school one day!Our fun trip to the Phoenix zoo.
Luke made a barking noise at every single animal that he saw!

I miss binky's! Luke has not had a binky for maybe 5 or 6 months but I found one of his old ones and wanted to see what he would do with it and he sucked on it the rest of the night! I want him to use one again. I think they are so cute and handy but Dave does not approve of this idea so I guess Luke won't start that habit back up!

Luke and Jamie's fun playdate.
Going in for the kill!
Giving a head massage.
So thirsty after lots of playing!
Luke is a better walker on the grass. Best day of his life!

Sam and Ella walking with Luke.
Luke feeding Ella.
